AHM!

new experience for me todae.. ran 21km.. phew.. for the 1st time.. finish 21km even though no training.. but worse thing.. damn it.. i came in 2hrs 48 min.. got mix feeling.. of cos.. 1st of all..2 hrs 45 min.. 7 days off..
but on the other hand.. quite proud of myself.. for completing the 21km in tat timing... yeahz.. abit self satisfying..realli cant believe i can do it.. ran the 1st 10km quite fast.. overtook ppl was nice.. running along stretches of road that u drove past previously felt goOD too.. especially on a stuffy warm night on benjamin sheares bridge...
wanted to run in grps.. at last end running alone.. cos different paces... 60000 ppl.. how to keep Up wif each other man.. pity those waiting for bus at Mountbatten ROad.. cos no vehicles could pass at all.. and all those at water points.. chk out the number of cups throwN.. *phew*!

aniwae.. my legs were like harden.. yeahz.. is a gooD feeling sometimes when u can push urself to the limit.. guess i have to join this kinda of run once in a while.. is goOd.. but of cos.. i was cheated by the 10km turning point digital clocK.. and of cos.. something red happen along the way.. damn it!! thats where my 3 mins went to!!!!! was quite excited abt the whole event .. yahz.. felt goOD...

came back and sleep.. it was like.. the best sleep ... most comfy sleep.. after a long long run.. bed was the 1st thing on ur mind...

feel fit man.. went for prata.. tomolo going jap buffet.. more fotos!!!... hehe..

did a stupid thing todae.. wanted to bet on Portsmouth and Draw.. and AC milan for a win..
at last.. doNno wat happen.. a bit blur.. i Bought PORTSMOUTH DRAW AND EVERTON.. the match was Portsmouth vs Everton.. hehe.. but i calculate back.. got chance of winning.. hehe.. we shall see later.. stupid me!!!
